- Pre-organized panels and individual paper proposals undergo a peer-review process by a Program Committee of scholars.
- All applicants will receive notifications regarding their proposal status in May of 2024. This will give the approved candidates ample time to secure funding through their respective institutions and apply for Romanian entry visas if needed.
- A selection of the papers will be published in a collective volume.
- IMPORTANT: Please note that participants are only allowed to present one paper during the conference. If multiple abstracts are submitted, only the first one received will be forwarded to the program committee for consideration.
